Last week, the SMS Engineering team attended the Dataminer Open Training at the Skyline Communications Headquarters in Belgium.
The successful completion of this training will enable the SMS team to operate the Dataminer monitoring and control system more efficiently. The proactive approach of the team at SMS in combination with the proactive elements of the Dataminer system, will work together effectively to identify and troubleshoot potential faults before they occur.
Once implemented, Dataminer will ensure that all elements of our systems are accurately monitored and recorded, ensuring maximum up-time and the highest service availability, through the assurance of round-the-clock, rigorous monitoring of our services.
