SES-4 (22º West)

SES-4 replaced NSS-7 in order to provide enhanced coverage over the Americas, Africa and Europe. It is ideal for Video distribution, government, VSAT and coastal maritime services. With extensive C-Band and KU-Band coverage between three continents, this satellite allows for reliable steady throughput of intercontinental communications. 

To facilitate the potential use of this coverage, SMS has allocated a dedicated 4 Port, 8.1m Earth Station, with fully redundant equipment in order to accommodate all necessary service requirements and developments.
